Imma Support
Support for the Imma mobile app ("Imma AI: Baby Tracker") by Haven AI Solutions UG (haftungsbeschränkt). For enquiries about our consulting business, use the contact page instead.
Imma helps you track feeding, sleep, diapers, growth, medicine and more for your baby, with an AI assistant for subscribers.
Contact us: privacy@haven-ai.eu — we aim to reply within 2 business days.
When you write about a problem, it helps to include your device model, your iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened. Screenshots help a lot. You can find the app version in Settings → About.
Frequently asked
How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are handled by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Imma. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then. On a new device, use Restore Purchases on the paywall screen.
How do I delete my account and data? In the app: Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. You can also email us; we verify the requester before acting because an email address alone is not proof of identity. Full details, including what is deleted and what may remain while provider deletion is retried, are on the account deletion page.
Is my baby's data private? Your entries are stored on your device, and they stay there unless you turn on a feature that sends them somewhere. Three features can do that: Cloud Sync, which is off until you switch it on; the AI assistant, which requires a separate account-level permission before the first AI disclosure; and the weekly AI report, which additionally requires its own default-off toggle. PostHog usage analytics and Sentry crash reporting are separate, optional choices that are off by default and can each be withdrawn in Settings. PostHog analytics use an opaque account identifier, a persistent app-install identifier and technical app/device metadata; the app does not deliberately submit health records or chat content. Crash diagnostics are minimised and sanitised, but no sanitiser can promise to remove every sensitive value from every unexpected error. The full picture is in the privacy policy.
How do I control AI processing and weekly reports? Go to Settings → Privacy & data → AI processing to allow or withdraw AI processing for the whole account and all its baby profiles. Imma asks there just in time before the first AI use; saying “Not now” does not block non-AI tracking. Withdrawal stops future AI processing immediately and turns Automatic weekly AI reports off, but it does not delete existing conversations, reports or synced records. The separate weekly-report toggle is also under Settings → Privacy & data, is off by default and cannot be enabled without AI permission. Granting AI permission again leaves weekly reports off.
What does Cloud Sync do? With it on, your baby profile and logged health records are copied to your account, so they survive losing your phone and appear on another device signed into the same account. Before the first upload, both Settings and onboarding show the same confirmation naming every uploaded record category and synced setting, AWS storage in Northern Virginia (USA), and the consequences of turning sync off; the privacy policy lists the same complete inventory. Cloud Sync starts only when you affirmatively confirm. It applies to this account on this device and only runs while Imma is open — there is no background syncing. Photo images themselves are never uploaded, only the details attached to them. Turning it off stops future sync on this device but does not delete what is already in your account. Cloud Sync alone never authorizes weekly reports; if AI permission and the separate weekly-report toggle remain on, an eligible report may use records already retained in the account. Deleting your account removes those records.
If I clear my chat history, is it gone? Clearing chat history removes the copy on your device, which is the one the History screen shows. A copy also exists in your account on our servers, and that one is removed when you delete your account. See section 2.5 of the privacy policy.
Can I get my data out? Yes. Settings → App → Export data produces a PDF or CSV with your profile and your baby's records, which you can save or send anywhere. The file contains health data, so keep it somewhere you trust.
I lost my phone. Can you restore my records? Only if Cloud Sync was on before you lost it. If it was off, we hold no copy and there is nothing to restore. This is a deliberate trade-off: nothing leaves your device until you ask for it.
Is the AI assistant medical advice? No. Amazon Bedrock generates the AI assistant's answers and weekly reports. AI can be wrong, Imma is not a medical device, and AI output is not medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional about your child's health, and contact your local emergency service in an emergency. See section 2 of the Terms of Use.
I forgot my password. Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and we will email you a reset link. If you signed in with Google or Apple, use that button again rather than a password.
Which devices are supported? iPhone (iOS). An Android version is in preparation for a future Google Play test; no public Android release is available yet.
